O’Reilly Property Plus (formerly Philip O’Reilly Property Plus) was founded in 1982 and is primarily an all-Ireland Estate Agency firm with strong technology/online capabilities, based in Ennis Co. Clare . We pride ourselves in knowing the Clare market particularly well.

In the current market, we are very proud to be ahead when it comes to technology and compliant operations. We recognise that the virtual office is now just as important as the physical office and even when our office is closed, we are always available. We do this because we are ALWAYS working on your behalf.

Our mission is to always help clients to achieve the best sales or rental price for their property. We have a passion for what we do, and we pride ourselves on working hard, providing a professional service, and working honestly and with integrity to achieve the best results.

Aideen O’Reilly B.Sc.

Aideen has been working alongside her father Philip O’Reilly in the property industry since 2001. She got her Honours Degree in property studies from Dublin Institute of Technology and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and is a fully licenced property services provider.

Aideen started out working in the administration team in Philip O’Reilly Property Plus and has since then worked in every aspect of the business giving her a broad knowledge of the needs and requirements of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Aideen has knowledge and experience in property matters and living locally she has a thorough understanding of local residential and commercial markets.

Philip opened Philip O’Reilly Auctioneers in 1982 and the firm went from strength to strength. After the recession hit in 2008 and the property industry went into decline, Philip began developing software for the financial services and property industries. This has proved to be a great success. His software is now used in 250 offices throughout Ireland.

He is a Chartered Surveyor (FSCSI), a member of the institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (IPAV), a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), Qualified Compliance Officer (LCOI), and Qualified Data Protection Officer. Philip is a fully licenced property services provider.

Maura has extensive knowledge of the property market across Clare and Limerick with over 14 years’ experience in the property industry in both sales and lettings.

Maura graduated from DIT in 2010 with a diploma in Property Studies, she is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors & Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is a fully licenced property services provider.

Clare has worked in the property industry for several years and has joined the firm 3 years ago.. Clare is responsible for the administration side of the business and is always available to answer any queries the clients may have. She is a technology specialist and applies our advanced systems to the very best uses for our clients.
